Oregon Flock and Fiber – Stash Enhancement

Oregon Flock and Fiber was really great this year! The weather was perfect, it never felt TOO crowded. And there were SO MANY things to look at this year! We did a few laps before I started getting some goodies. My Mother-In-Law offered to buy some stuff as a belated b’day present and I had my budget and I put both to good use.

A lot got accomplished this year. Finally got something at the Abstract Fiber booth which I’ve been meaning to do for years. Picked up a Lo-Lo Bar from the Bar-Maids. Got my mother-in-law to give drop spindling a try. The piece de resistance was the goat obstacle course – it was delightful!

And there were definitely some purchases – see below for the haul!

This year was definitely a year of fiber!

About 2oz of orange fiber. I failed at getting the business name but am excited to work with it!

A beautiful braid of fiber that I can’t remember where I got it or what the content is…BUT it was a steal at $10

And of course it wouldn’t be a fiber festival without a bit of yarn

It was a wonderful day! Thanks for inviting me and for sharing all your wisdom with me. I really learned a lot. I love my drop spindle and I have been working hard on figuring it out. Thanks for the advise and the fibre to practice with. The obstacle race was delightful as were the bunnies! Can’t wait until next year.
